• Sites should be at least 5 acres.
• Have good access to road networks and motorways.
• Have practical topography and good site infrastructure.
• Have strong rail connections.

It is also well worth revisiting development opportunities where planning consent has been refused in the past, because we may be able to advise on a new approach that significantly increases the chance of successfully obtaining planning consents.
