Project Brief
Prime Land was asked to identify and secure land for upmarket homes for a client.
We were introduced to this opportunity through an architect-developer contact which was at an advanced stage in the promotion of residential development on the land. It all started with a call to the architect. A year later and the client had bought the site and started building.
The location was in a strong tourist and second home market area with world class golf courses and tourism.

Challenges
Planning consents in Fife are always very challenging. Vernacular architecture had to be built in which added to the cost of construction.
Outcome and Sale
We had a soundly funded SME housebuilder client who was ideal for the location and we managed to broker a purchase for our client.
A high percentage of the home sales were cash buyers.
