Prime Land Consultants is project managing the process of a sale of land for a care home. There is strong interest in Edinburgh from care home operators.
Prior to a restricted marketing exercise, there was a requirement to address constraints for our landowner client.
These include planning, drainage and access. We have project managed this sale with a professional team of consultants, including traffic and civil engineers, a landscape architect, an arboriculturist, a planning consultant, an ecologist, and an architect. This means that we can address and quantify the constraints which makes it more attractive for a purchaser.
The drainage and access were the first keys to deliverability.
What has evolved is a complex project which even includes a community woodland.
