Our partner in London acquired this dormant, vacant hotel unconditionally for a privately owned investment company client.

The site was then sold, subject to planning, to a national care home operator, Care UK, for a 70-bed residential, nursing and dementia home. The acquisition and subsequent sale took place in under a year.
