Selling Land?

Do you have land with development potential for sale in England (Midlands to south coast) or Central Scotland?

Do You Have Land To Sell?

Prime Land Consultants can help maximize your site’s development potential by bringing a purchaser to the table. We are constantly on the look-out for valuable, potential development land which our clients can purchase discretely or off-market.

Suitable sites are likely to be owned by:

  • Private landowners, including farmers
  • Commercial property owners
  • Estate owners with a house or building within a large plot on a road with a lot of passing traffic

Also, we’d like to hear from architects and town planners who have schemes / consented sites for care and / or mixed-use sites (where there are different proposed uses in close proximity).

We would are also interested in anyone who has bought land at auction recently and wants to sell the land on straight away (but only for the uses below).

Currently we are seeking land in England for:

We work directly with landowners who own potential development land, and with agents, in 3 ways:

  • We have care home operators and developers who will purchase your land subject to obtaining full planning consent. All take different views on planning risks.
  • We also have clients who will purchase unconditionally (on planning).
  • Land sales are complicated. We can also help address the issues for you taking the land to market discretely without a full marketing campaign.
